I bought a doll April 28th. It is May 19th. I do not have it yet. The Canada Post says the USPS has it and the USPS says the Canada Post has it and has not updated since May 5th.
The store itself has more than fair prices and Patricia has been great. She refunded me the cost of the doll first thing. She has been trying to get its location but got no further than myself or the USPS.
I cannot recommend buying here if you live in the US based solely on my experience.
