This Vintage Puffy Pal Clown Bear has a bright jewel toned colour blocked nylon clown suit with a purple pointed hat &n tassle. Appears to be a part of something as it has a white screw for attaching (see photos) A sweet little clown/bear just perfect for tiny hands!
